Since 2017, we’ve been honored to bring this philosophy to life in Philadelphia and destinations worldwide. Whether it’s a private estate, a sweeping tented celebration, or a faraway destination, our award-winning team ensures that every wedding feels one-of-a-kind, approached with the same care and heart we’d give our own best friend’s celebration.
ANDI SCHILAWSKI
FOUNDER + LEAD PLANNER + DESIGNER
Founder and global lead planner and designer of Musa Weddings. Originally from Venezuela where she graduated college with a degree in Graphic Design, hence why her passion is designing weddings from the ground up.
She loves traveling, meeting people, eating desserts, obsessed with animals and all things pretty!

WEDDING PLANNER | SPAIN + EUROPE
Ana is in charge of all of our European weddings. She is a wine enthusiast, travel lover and simply a joy to be around. She will become your best friend by the end of your first meeting. Her laugh is contagious and she will help plan your wedding with professionalism and care.

MARISA
Lead Planner & Designer
Marisa began her career in the fashion industry as a buyer where she worked with designers to bring beautiful wedding gowns and party dresses to life. Because of her passion for the wedding industry, attention to detail and creative background, she will be joining the team in the beginning of 2025 as a Lead Planner + Designer.

She loves traveling, trying new Philly restaurants, binge watching TV shows, reading sappy romance novels and pilates!
CAROLINE
Lead Coordinator
Originally from Florida. She is full of enthusiasm and impeccable organizational skills, she's the life of our wedding planning team. A natural team player since joining us in 2020, Caroline effortlessly blends fun with professionalism. When she's not crafting unforgettable weddings, she's busy orchestrating phenomenal events nationwide with Power. We couldn't be prouder to have her on our team!
GABBY
Lead Coordinator & Sales Manager
With her amazing organizational skills and knack for keeping everything on track, she's an indispensable part of our team. Joining us at the end of 2023, Gabby seamlessly balances planning weddings for us while also serving clients and couples as an event manager at Arcadia University. Her dedication and warmth make her a true gem in our wedding planning family and we are so happy to have her!
TINA
Lead CoordinatorWith her exceptional organization, creativity, and people skills, she’s the exciting new face on the team. As a full time Human Resources Professional,she is known for her thoughtful communication and ability to bring people together. Tina is passionate about running, live music, traveling, making macrame, plants, and her dog, Lady.

Operations Manager
With her exceptional ability to keep us on track and ready for anything, she's the backbone of our team. Her outstanding customer service and unwavering dedication make every wedding a seamless experience. We're beyond fortunate to have her steering our projects to success!
