ANDI SCHILAWSKI
FOUNDER
Originally from Venezuela where she graduated college with a degree in Graphic Design, hence why her passion is designing events from the ground up.
She loves traveling, meeting people, eating desserts, obsessed with animals and all things pretty!
As Founder and Creative Director of Musa Weddings, Andi leads the vision behind the company and works closely with the planning team behind the scenes on each celebration. While every couple is paired with a dedicated lead planner who serves as their primary point of contact throughout the planning process and wedding weekend, Andi remains involved in guiding the team, creative direction, and overall Musa experience.
MARISA
Senior Planner & Designer
Marisa began her career in the fashion industry as a buyer where she worked with designers to bring beautiful wedding gowns and party dresses to life. Because of her passion for the wedding industry, attention to detail and creative background, she will be joining the team in the beginning of 2025 as a Lead Planner + Designer.
As Musa Weddings’ Senior Planner & Designer, Marisa leads our Full Planning experience, working closely with couples from the earliest stages of planning through the wedding weekend.
She brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to each celebration, becoming a trusted partner throughout the process while bringing every piece together with intention.
She loves traveling, trying new Philly restaurants, binge watching TV shows, reading sappy romance novels and pilates!
TINA
Lead Coordinator & Project Manager
With her exceptional organization, creativity, and people skills, she’s the exciting new face on the team. As a full time Human Resources Professional,she is known for her thoughtful communication and ability to bring people together. Tina is passionate about running, live music, traveling, making macrame, plants, and her dog, Lady.
GABBY
Lead Coordinator
With her amazing organizational skills and knack for keeping everything on track, she's an indispensable part of our team. Joining us at the end of 2023, Gabby seamlessly balances planning weddings for us while also serving clients and couples as an event manager at Arcadia University. Her dedication and warmth make her a true gem in our wedding planning family and we are so happy to have her!
