Margaret & Greg knew exactly what they wanted from the start. From the initial call, it was clear what the design focus would be and while there were some other venues in mind, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art (PAFA) was a clear front-runner. For a couple as intellectual, grounded and easy-going as they are, it felt just right.
The two started the day getting ready with their friends and family at The Logan. The ceremony and reception were held in the Historic Landmark Building, which features stunning architectural details. The space was transformed into a romantic and intimate setting with the help of elegant florals and candlelight. The couple exchanged vows on the main staircase, with guests looking down from the balconies.
The reception, held in the same building, was a chic and sophisticated affair. Guests were treated to a lavish dinner and dancing in their main rotunda. The PAFA's modern, sleek design provided the perfect backdrop for Margaret and Greg's fine art-inspired wedding.
When selecting vendors, RAM Floral and DuSoleil Photography felt like the best fit. Becky, at RAM Floral, creates arrangements that are literal works of art, and Minh at DuSoleil has a way of capturing candid moments that really lends itself to the art-inspired theme. Overall, Margaret and Greg's wedding at the PAFA was a celebration of love, art, and all things beautiful.
