Wedding Day Design &
Management
Silver Collection blends design support with wedding day management. It’s ideal for couples who have secured their key logistics and vendor team but want guidance refining the look and feel of the wedding. This includes a complete design plan for the wedding day, design-related vendor sourcing (floral team, lighting, rentals), and custom paper goods and signage design.
A planning team is on site to manage the flow of the day, coordinate vendors, and quietly handle details so everything runs smoothly while ensuring on-site execution so the design and guest experience feel effortless.

Wedding Day Planning
& Design
Gold Collection is a comprehensive planning and design experience, guiding the process from start to finish. From budget creation and full vendor team sourcing to design development and execution of the wedding day, every layer is thoughtfully managed.
This service is ideal for complex events, or destination weddings where planning and design need to work seamlessly together.

Day-of Management
​Ivory Collection begins three months before the wedding and focuses on bringing everything together seamlessly. This includes confirming details with your venue and vendors, creating a clear wedding day timeline, leading the rehearsal, and managing the flow of the day itself. On the wedding day, a dedicated planning team is on site to oversee logistics, problem-solve quietly, and ensure everything unfolds exactly as planner, so you’re present, relaxed, and never managing details.
This is right for you if your planning is mostly complete and you want to hand everything off so the wedding day feels calm, organized, and fully enjoyed.​​

What can bring the price up from the starting point?
Starting investments reflect a standard wedding day. Final pricing may adjust based on the overall scope, complexity, and production needs of your celebration. Factors that commonly influence investment include:

Multi-day or cultural celebrations that involve additional events, traditions, or expanded timelines

Guest counts over 200, which require increased coordination and staffing

Private home or backyard weddings, where infrastructure, rentals, and logistics are more involved

Weddings located more than two hours from Philadelphia, where travel and accommodations are required

Expanded logistics or additional on-site support, such as extra planning assistants

Planning and coordination for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, or post-wedding events
Additional costs are discussed transparently during the proposal process and tailored to your specific plans.
How Our Percentage-Based Pricing Works
Our Full Weekend Planning & Design fee is calculated as a percentage of your overall wedding weekend budget, with a minimum starting investment. This percentage applies only to the elements we are directly involved in, such as your venue, vendors, food and beverage, and design-related services.
We use a tiered structure where the percentage decreases as the overall budget increases. This approach ensures our guidance remains aligned with your priorities, rather than being influenced by overall spend.
If the calculated percentage falls below our stated minimum, the minimum investment applies.
The fee begins with a retainer and adjusts as plans evolve, with the final balance due one month prior to the wedding.
