How Our Percentage-Based Pricing Works
Our Full Planning & Design fee is based on a percentage of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum starting investment. This only applies to what we’re directly involved in—like your venue, vendors, food, design elements, etc.
We use a tiered approach: as your budget increases, the percentage decreases. This ensures our recommendations are always based on what’s best for you—not what earns us more.
If the percentage fee ends up lower than our starting minimum, the higher amount would apply.​​
The fee starts with a retainer and adjusts as plans evolve, with the final balance due a month before the wedding.
